Rei Togetsu

Togetsu Rei is a character in the D4DJ franchise and is a member of the group Happy Around!. Rei has blueish-black hair and teal colored eyes. Her hair reaches down to her waist, and part of it is pulled back with a white bow. After the 3.0.0 update in Groovy Mix, her hair became curlier.
