Reo Igarashi

Reo Igarashi is a minor character in the Oshi ga Budokan Ittekuretara Shinu manga by Auri Hirao, as well as the anime adaptation. She is the leader and center of ChamJam. Reo has dark pink colored hair and matching colored eyes. She dresses in a hot pink and white-colored dress, long white socks, and long bootstrapped boots. Reo is known for her charismatic and supportive leadership in ChamJam thanks to her age and experience in the idol industry. She uses her experience to advise and guide her group like when Maina Ichii asks about dating a fan or asking for fan letters. Or when she expresses her appreciation for Sorane Matsuyama to see her in the center. However, her confidence wavers when she thinks of her ex-group member Mei and thinks that there are some people you cannot beat regardless of the amount of hard work put in. She felt disappointed when Mei didn't mention her on a TV broadcast as she feels the desire to acknowledged by her former center. When she feels the pressure she works even harder, spending more time practicing to improve her singing and dancing ability.
