Rhine is a shooting-focused character capable of swarming the match with various projectiles, and is uniquely able to permanently upgrade her various armaments thanks to her passive, Everlasting Dragon [EV]. Weapons that evolve through this mechanic will gain new properties or unlock new moves, making her effectively the only character currently in the game that scales upwards as the match duration increases.
