Rika is an utaite who started uploading covers on NicoNico in 2011, although she created her account a year earlier. However, she only started her YouTube channel back in 2016. Her first channel, which was called "Hanazawa Rika," was abandoned as she forgot her password to that channel, which got her to create a new channel, which is "Rika Channel (#)." She mostly does live streaming on YouTube, such as gaming, chatting, and ASMR. However, you can find many of her utattemita in her NND userpage and mylists. She is also known to have collaborated with utaites who are now well-known, such as Aho no Sakata. Shima, Matsushita, Kurokumo, and *namirin. Her voice is described to have loli qualities. She usually sings cuter songs with more wholesome themes, but she has also covered songs like "Splatter Party," Nv which has quite a lot of dubstep. She has released an album called "ElectRica♡" that mostly has her singing vocaloid classics that are usually electronic or dance. Rika doesn't just have a soft, cute loli voice, though. She sometimes has a more ikebo voice, which comes in handy when doing self-duets or singing as Riku, her male persona. One example of Rika doing a self-duet is demonstrated in her cover of "Kimipedia." Nv Some of her most iconic covers are "Koi," where her soft, cute, borderline loli voice has captured almost 2 million views, "Kaishin no Ichigeki," Nv which has gained almost 600 thousand views on YouTube as of May 2021, and "Venom," Nv where her voice isn't just for cute songs, but also for songs with a more rock element to it. However, she doesn't just cover songs. She also has been featured in some original songs, like Neko Hacker's "Sweet Dreams." Also, her Valentine's song "Shumeri," Nv in collaboration with Koshin-Shimazaki, got 350k plays in less than 2 months, making it the most played song in Rika's NicoNico account. Rika has also been involved in multiple singer collaborations, but the most notable collaboration partner as of recently is Matsushita. They both released "Seize the day⇒," their first collaboration album. She has also collaborated with Matsushita in their cover of "Kamatte Choudai." Nv which has 98k views as of 2020.
