Rikako Uematsu

Rikako Uematsu is a character in Raging Loop. She is a resident of Yasumizu and the current head of the Uematsu Family. Rikako is a notably short priestess with albinism. She has long, straight, silver hair that reaches past her waist, with blunt bangs across her forehead.
