Rindō Kobayashi

Rindō Kobayashi is a 90th Generation Tōtsuki Academy alumna, and the former 2nd seat of the Elite Ten Council. Rindō is the tallest female Elite Ten Council member. She has flowing scarlet hair that reaches down to her shoulder blades with her bangs covering her left eye. She has a lot of feline features, having yellow eyes with vertically slitted pupils and pronounced, cat-like teeth. She wears a standard Tōtsuki uniform but not the standard tie.
