Riquet Ortiz is one of the youngest summoned wizards, with an affiliation to Central Country. He was raised and revered as an apostle of God in a certain cult his entire life. For this reason, he tends to be ignorant about many things, having never seen the outside world or been taught about it until he was chosen as a Sage's wizard.
