Ristarte

Ristarte, or Rista, is the deuteragonist in The Hero is Overpowered but Overly Cautious series and the Goddess of Healing. She is the one who summons Seiya Ryuuguuin to save Gaeabrande, and later Ixphoria. Ristarte has the appearance of a young blonde woman who is usually thought of as attractive by the mortals she meets. She wears a blue ribbon in her hair as well as a white dress that partially reveals her chest and fully reveals her shoulders and legs.
