Rooney

One of the leaders of an evil organization. He is a good- natured and excellent researcher, but he is so much a company slave that he almost lives in the headquarters. He often falls over at the kotatsu in the control room, and his subordinates are always worried about him. He has been childhood friends with Warumono since they were children.
