Rouge Redstar

Rouge Redstar is the main character of the original anime series, the Metallic Rouge. Rouge is a girl created as an artificial human known as "Neon." Despite appearing to be around 17 years old, her actual age is 10. Consequently, she has a somewhat naive demeanor and is not very adept at socializing, but she is also a kind-hearted individual. She has the ability to transform into her red combat form called "Metal Rouge." She loves chocolate.
