Roxanne is an Info Dealer in the backstreets of Xion. Rumors say she used to be a part of the mafia, or an agent in an intelligence service, but nothing has been verified. Anyhow, Roxanne buys information from Scavengers and sells the information at a markup to those who need it. People often compare her to a snake. But everything she does is surprisingly legal. It's no surprise, considering she's in good standing with the Sentinels and Royal Guard. Roxanne is a very pale woman with gray-ish tan hair and a gas mask attached to her face.
