Ruiko Saten

Saten Ruiko is a main character from the Toaru Kagaku no Railgun sidestories. She is a Level 0 Academy City student and a classmate and close friend of Uiharu Kazari. Saten is a girl with blue eyes and long black hair with a small, white flower on the left side of her hair. She also prefers wearing medium length skirts instead of short ones. The Toaru Kagaku no Railgun booklets bundled with Blu-ray and DVD releases lists her height as 160 cm. However, Yumiya Rakko estimated her height to be 150 cm.
