Rumia Tingel

Rumia Tingel, also known as Rumia Tingel, is a protagonist in the Akashic Records Of Bastard Magic Instructor series. She is a Year 2 student of the Alzano Imperial Magic Academy, and the foster sister of Sistine Fibel. Rumia is portrayed as a young girl with blonde hair and green eyes. Rumia is a girl with straight, sun-blonde hair that is styled into a fairly neat bob-cut. She has aquamarine eyes, and wears a large, pretty, green bow on top of her head.
