Rumia Tingel

Rumia Tingel, also known as Rumia Tingel, is a protagonist in the Akashic Records Of Bastard Magic Instructor series. She is a Year 2 student of the Alzano Imperial Magic Academy, and the foster sister of Sistine Fibel. Rumia is portrayed as a young girl with blonde hair and green eyes. Rumia is a girl with straight, sun-blonde hair that is styled into a fairly neat bob-cut. She has aquamarine eyes, and wears a large, pretty, green bow on top of her head. She also wears two blue clip-ons on the right side of her head, a larger one and a smaller one that both add to her outfit. Rumia has a gray arm-like stretcher that wraps around her right arm. She mostly wears her school uniform; a fabric that is blue and gold, which looks like a cape. The part under the cape contains a bright red ribbon and some buttons on the chest part of the shirt. Rumia is extremely well-endowed, which causes jealousy from Sistine who seems to enjoy groping her.
