Rune

Rune is a boy from Ásgarðr, who has the unique ability to decipher ancient runes that tell of the beginning of creation. In his study of these runes, he inadvertently comes across the Twilit Runes, and rushes to tell Alfaðör about them. However, in response Alfaðör ordered his imprisonment, and Rune flees to Midgard and Askr, where he finds protection with the Order of Heroes.
