Rurumo Magi Mojiruka

Rurumo, full name Rurumo Magi Mojiruka, is a main character in the manga and anime series Magimoji Rurumo. She's a witch in training. Rurumo is a short girl of petite build. She has short navy hair with a small cowlick sprouting upwards in the top of her head and reddish-brown eyes. She usually wears a cobalt blue cape/cloak over a white button up dress, tall cobalt boots with pointed soles and yellow laces and an oversized conical hat with large abs which is cobalt on the outer side and yellow on the inner side.
