Dilapidated doctor who lost his license 10 years ago and is the main culprit in Yakin Byoutou. Jinguuji Narumi, director of a hospital, changes this and gives the gynecologist a job along with an unofficial assignment: he is supposed to transform nurses into sex slaves, who are then supposed to "care for" special patients in a special part of their hospital that is to be built. Hirasaka is a scowling, yet playful and particularly lustful man who lost his license because he has subjugated a woman. Namely Jinguuji Narumi.
