"The Violet Hotel" receptionist. No nonsense female, who puts profit before customer satisfaction (going so far as to fake the restaurant star rating). Regards Grendel Jinx and the protagonist as an immense impediment to profits, but despite that, Sabrina hasn't kicked them out of the place for some reason. Instead, she delights in detailing the protagonists foibles.
