Sagume Kishin

Sagume is a Lunarian Goddess who was indirectly responsible for the events in Urban Legend in Limbo. It is later revealed that she had to do this because the Lunar Capital was under attack. She first appears in Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom as a stage boss, testing the heroine's powers before reversing the fate of the Lunarians around the heroine. She tends to not speak much, due to her rather troublesome ability of reversing any situation with her words.
