Saiko Numakage

Daughter of a model shop in Musashi-Urawa (Minami Ward). She is the president of the Student Council. She is a chuunibyou. Her name comes from the place name "Numakage" near the station and the reservoir "Saiko" on the riverbed of the Arakawa River. The cherry blossom color, which is the color of her hair, is also the station color of Musashi-Urawa Station on the Saikyo Line.
