Saitō

Saito is a character from Mitsuboshi Colors. A policeman who watches over the city and constantly comes at odds with the Colors. Saito is wearing a light blue shirt with two front pockets on each side of the shirt and also has light gray buttons on his front pockets and the middle down his shirt. He also has a little dark blue color shoulder pads with light gray buttons on both of them. Saito is also wearing dark blue pants. On his feet he wears black shoes. He has black hair. His eye color is black.
