Sakaki Sowande

Sakakie is the school council’s secretary. She is better at seeing through the essence of things than the president, and considered as a power broker of the school council. She seems to care about Eizouken which tends to push their ways. She is shown to have an understanding complex and sees things through to the end. She's open-minded to new ideas but displays a stern personality.
