Sakurako Mikage

Sakurako Mikage is a first year highschool student and a childhood friend of Ayumu Tanaka. She is in love with Takeru Kakuryu but was not aware of her feelings until chapter 84. She is quite popular and many boys tend to like her. She often hangs out with Takeru and Ayumu. Sakurako is a short girl with long brown hair. She usually wears school uniforms. She has a pair of brownish eyes. Her bangs really fits in with her shy personality. Sakurako is a shy girl, she's always nervous around everyone except when she's with the shogi club members. Despite the fact, she always had a childish personality when she's with Takeru Kakuryu and she would always tease him without knowing that he's flustered about it. She can be pretty straightforward when it comes to teasing which is really bizzare as she is supposedly a really shy girl. She also mastered hypnotism and often uses it on Takeru when she wants to order him around. She likes to read books and often reads them when she's in the library. At first, she didn't know what love is so she became very mischevieous when it comes to teasing Takeru.
