Sakuya Tsukumo

Sakuya Tsukumo is the chairman of Kouryou Academy, and the genetic engineer from that institution who takes part in their research. She is also known as ≪Blaze Diabolica≫ because of her grandfather's name, ≪Blaze Innovator≫.
