Salinas makes his first apparition in the “Captain Tsubasa: world youth!” Manga. He’s also known as Brazil’s miracle keeper, capable of catching every shot thrown his way. It is shown also in his track record, going the whole tournament without conceding a single goal. He managed to catch Ryoma Hino’s powerful tornado shoot and Kojiro Hyuga’s raiju shoot.
