Samael Keene

Samael is first introduced as an aloof co-protagonist to the heroine Rayne Liebert. Wary of those around him, he possesses very few people that he trusts. Brave and familiar with the world of Homesick, Samael courageously ventures out to search for supplies several times despite the dangers. While first shown as rough and hard-edged, empathetic and caring characteristics can be seen a few times throughout the story, (for example) when helping Rayne from being killed by Alexander.
