Originally an ordinary mandragora plant, Sandra eventually gained sentience and a human-like body after growing for at least 300 years. She learned human speech and knowledge and adorned human clothing from a house she stayed by. Learning she was being hunted by witches due to mangragoras being incredibly rare and exotic plants, she constantly moved around until she eventually ended up in the overgrown garden of Beelzebub's manor.
