Sandy McDougal

She is a first year transfer student at Kamakura High as she's originally from the US. She is best known for competing in a night time bike race dressed as a bear. She eventually befriends Hiromi and the others as she becomes the final member of the Kamakura Cycling Club. She is the strongest of all the cycling club members and has the most endurance. She is very friendly, outgoing, energetic and always seems to have a positive attitude. She has long blonde hair and blue eyes.
