Coral

Coral is one of the admins of the Explorers, and a recurring major antagonist in Pokémon Horizons: The Series. Coral appears to have a mostly cheery and playful personality, she also has a teasing side as well since she often likes to disrespectfully poke fun at and ridicule other people easily, such as her fellow admins Spinel and Onyx. Coral is along with Onyx, known as "the troublemakers", being less disciplined and more aggressive than their fellow admins.
