Santa Claus Husbando

The Santa Claus myth is based largely on the Dutch holiday of "Sinterklaas" (a hastily pronounced "St. Nicholas", who comes down the chimney on the 5th/6th of December) and the imagery of the Saint in question carried over to his North Pole incarnation. Appearances: - Seitokai Yakuindomo: Not only is there a Santa Claus, he apparently has the same taste in gifts as Sayaka and Shino. - Hetalia Axis Powers: In season 5, Santa's missing and Finland is in a crisis, so he pleads for the other nations to spread the holiday cheer this Christmas until Santa can be found. - Miss Monochrome: Sometime around the Christmas Eve, a mysterious man helped Miss Monochrome in her CD debut as she later performs in a public crowd on Christmas day, and makes her first fan. In the end, unknown to everyone, that mysterious man turned out to be Santa Claus. - Hayate no Gotoku!: During Hayate's dream, Santa informs Hayate that he had died earlier and was so red that they couldn't even put him on the airwaves. In the manga, Santa briefly recaps the events leading up to him being hit by the kidnapper's car and then tells Hayate that his internal organs spilled out, his eyes were gouged and his face was destroyed beyond recognition. - Pokemon: He has the same tasks as his real-world counterpart: giving gifts to good children all over the world while traveling on his sleigh. He also lives at the North Pole.
