Satoru Yotsumura

Satoru Yotsumura is the former No.2 of the JAA and a founding member of the Order. He was also a professor emeritus of the JCC. He now works against the JAA after he was banished by Sei Asaki in his take over. Yotsumura is a tall and muscular middle-aged man with tanned skin, unshaven beard, sharp eyebrows and unkempt black hair. He has tired, emotionless yellow eyes that are hidden by a light-colored bucket hat, his outfit consists in a plaid polo shirt under a black coat, pants and shoes.
