Sayaka Kotegawa

Sayaka Kotegawa is a minor character of the manga series Grand Blue. She is the manager for Dolphin's Palau branch. Sayaka is a woman who has roughly the same build as her daughter, Nanaka Kotegawa. She has a long dark hair that she tied into a ponytail with parted bangs. Due to the hot climate of Palau, she has tanned skin and always seen with a sunglasses. She's also rarely seen without a lollipop in her mouth.

Sayaka is a serious and straightforward woman who doesn't talk beyond what is necessary and she usually remains emotionless regardless of the situation, but she prones to act physically.
