Princess of the Jamil kingdom. Scarlet gave Liam permission to turn Radon's land into a new country. She often converses with Liam over the international issues with the founding of the new country; providing him with the know-how to be a ruler. She is eventually given special armor that grants her the power to use magic, which is named Ares. She is the fifth to be contracted to Liam and becomes both a servant and potential lover to him. Scarlet is her descendant; having been the first monarch. Explaining why Scarlet can use armor created by Radon.
