Seamus Pegg

Seamus Pegg, also known as the Cardinal of Daybreak, is the Seneschal of the Church of Favonius and one of the leaders of Mondstadt. He is the father of Jean and Barbara. He first appeared in the Manga but is currently only mentioned in-game. As of the Archon Quest Song of the Welkin Moon: Act IV - An Elegy for Faded Moonlight, he has left Varka's expedition and is returning to Mondstadt due to personal circumstances. He has only appeared in the official Manga, the story being set prior to the game's events. He was also mentioned in the Prologue, Act I: The Outlander Who Caught the Wind.
