The Secretary was secretary to The Mayor of Evergreen. She was present when Van defeated the Wild Bunch and saved the town. The Secretary is a young blond woman with large glasses. She wears a white blouse with a blue bow around her neck. She also wears a maroon pencil skirt with a frilled edge. She seemed to dress smartly to match the requirements of her profession.
