Sei Asaki

Sei Asaki is the current JAA chairman and the older brother of Slur, as well as running the Al-Kamar Orphanage. He is the overarching antagonist of the series. Asaki is an quiet, yet manipulative and egocentric man that will stop at nothing to get what he wants. This was first shown when he threatened his own brother and his men to kidnap Gaku, as well ordering some of the children and teenagers of the Al-Kamar to perform assassinations of certain figures.
