Seira

Seira (セイラ, Seira) is a character in Smile Down the Runway. She is Japan's most famous model and a TV celebrity who is responsible for starting Ikuto Tsumura's path toward being a designer and reigniting Chiyuki Fujito's modeling career after posting a picture of Chiyuki wearing Ikuto's dress on her social media. While Seira behaves in a cheerful and air-headed manner, she actually has a devious side who is competitive against her modeling rivals.
