AA5100, Senior Red Blood Cell is a minor character in Cells at Work! She is a older red blood cell with decent working experience in the blood vessels. She sometimes guides and teaches AE3803 how to do her job when she is confused or lost. AA5100 is seen after the hemorrhage event in the final episode, running towards AE3803 with a flustered look after the latter mistakenly spoke to ME0808 thinking she was NT4201.
