Shinka Nibutani

Shinka Nibutani is one of the main characters from the Japanese light novel series and anime, Chūnibyō Demo Koi ga Shitai!. She is a member of the Far Eastern Magic Napping Society of Summer. She is voiced by Chinatsu Akasaki in the anime. In the English Dub, she is voiced by Maggie Flecknoe.
