Shinohara Mio, also known as "Quicksand" is one of Valkyria's new fighters. She is an underground fighter, and has been wandering between various underground fighting organizations. She met Iori when she was arrested for an assault. Iori had scouted her for the 5 million tournament, but for reasons still unknown, she was unable to attend. Now she debuted in the inaugural fight at the Babel Tower. As a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu fighter, she specializes in grappling. Her strategy normally seeks to subdue her opponent using dislocations, strangulations, immobilizations and takedowns.
