Ena Shinonome

Shinonome Ena is a second-year student at Kamiyama High School who only attends night classes. She is the illustrator for the underground music circle 25-ji, Nightcord de., going by the alias "Enanan." Ena has wide, dark brown eyes that become a gradient into beige. She has short brown hair with medium-length bangs swept to the right. The left part of her hair is braided and tucked behind her left ear, tied with a short ribbon. Her voice is sweet and airy. In her unit outfit, she wears a dark gray, long-sleeved stylized school uniform which fades into different shades of gray; black lace on the hem of the dress with white frills. The cuffs of her dress are a darker shade of gray with light gray stripes. A white collar sits around her neck on the dress with an orange-and-black colored tie. A black-and-grey ribbon is tied around her dress near her chest. On her feet, she has a pair of white ruffled socks that end at her ankles and black shoes that have a t-shaped strap on the front. In her casual outfit, she wears a pink, frilly long-sleeved top and a short, frilly, black skirt with a pair of black low heels, as well as a black choker. The ribbon that holds her braid is also black. Ena is extremely strong-willed, and harshly critical of her own work. Because of her father's dismissal towards her and her art, she has grown envious of those she deems to have talent, which she believes she doesn't have. Ena is easily flustered and angered, and is described as a "tsundere" by Mizuki. Ena can also be somewhat blunt and sarcastic, however, she has a caring and soft side as well. Though she worries about her friends, she refuses to acknowledge it or allow them to think she cares. Ena craves attention and praise, and a part of her self-esteem comes from the comments on her selfies and art in 25-ji, Nightcord de.'s music videos.
