Shishiba

Shishiba is a member of the Order, a group of the strongest assassins in the JAA. Before joining the Order, he was a rogue assassin until he met Satoru Yotsumura and eventually became his student. He is also the mentor of Osaragi. Shishiba is a tall and slim man in his mid 20´s with long blond hair worn loose and blue eyes (black in the manga). He wears a light blue shirt under a dark brown suit and a purple tie that contains a hammerhead shark-shaped pin (the suit and tie are black and the shirt is white in the manga) During the Order reunion in a fancy restaurant.
