Shoukaku

Shoukaku ("Soaring Crane") was an aircraft carrier for the Imperial Japanese Navy. Laid down on December 12th, 1937, she was the first of two Shoukaku class aircraft carriers that were designed without the limitations of the Washington Naval Treaty. She took part in several important operations such as the attack on Pearl Harbor, and the battles at Coral Sea, and Santa Cruz. She was sunk at the Battle of the Philippine Sea on June 19th, 1944 In Kancolle, she is level headed with a calm voice. She also cares a lot for her sister, Zuikaku.
