Sing Soo-Ling is the current leader of the Chinatown mafia after the death of Shorter Wong, and the younger half-brother of Lao Yen Tai in Banana Fish. By Garden of Light, Sing is a university student but also is a businessman, owner of several properties in Chinatown, and is the president of a trading company.
