Siper

Siper (スパー, Supā) was a participant in the 287th Hunter Exam and one of its few female contestants. She was examinee #80. __Appearance__ Siper had long tied back hair and the tail end was bushy. She wore a vest with a long-sleeved shirt underneath it, plain pants, and square-shaped sunglasses. __Personality__ In the manga and 2011 anime, Siper had a tacit and stoic demeanor, while in the 1999 anime adaptation, she had a bit more personality. She mentions preferring to shoot moving targets rather than stationary ones. She also was confident in being able to take out Gittarackur with a single shot.
