Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX

Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX is a supporting character in KimiSen. She is the third-born princess of the Nebulis Sovereignty and the younger sister of Aliceliese and Elletear, making her a candidate for the throne. Sisbell is also the "witch" that Iska freed a year before the start of the series. Sisbell is a beautiful young girl who has long pink hair, tied back in twin ponytails, and amber eyes. She wears a revealing white dress with black parts, golden trims, and pink edges. She completes her look with a star-shaped necklace. In the anime, during her travel to Alsamira, she wore a purple dress and white sandals as her casual outfit. In the manga and light novel, she wore a white dress. In the manga, while she was hiding at Liesbaden from the people who were after her, she wore a Japanese-styled school Fuku (sailor uniform) with an R badge on it and a hip pouch around her skirt, along with loafer shoes. The lower part of her shirt was tied, exposing her stomach. She also had a single ponytail, which she tied with a bow hair clip. Sisbell is usually calm and polite. Because her astral power allows her to know what everyone around her is saying behind her back, Sisbell has grown to be very distrusting and cautious of everyone, including her own family. Despite being the youngest and reserved, this does not stop her from doing what she believes is best for her nation, including working with Imperial soldiers. Due to this self-imposed mission, Sisbell is not afraid of taking action. For the sake of her country, she was even willing to discard her dignity and try to use her sexual appeal, though this didn't lead anywhere. When attempted to seduce Iska, she had forgotten her goal while feeling the warmth of his arm. It is revealed that Sisbell is afraid, and the only time she can feel at ease is when she is holding Iska. As she is still young, Sisbell can be a bit naughty and seems fond of stuffed animals. She keeps many in her room and can be seen hugging one of them occasionally.
