Sisbell Lou Nebulis IX is a supporting character in KimiSen. She is the youngest daughter of Millavair Lou Nebulis VIII, third princess of the House of Lou and the younger sister of Aliceliese and Elletear, making her a candidate for the throne of the Nebulis Sovereignty. Sisbell is also the Astral Mage that the former Saint Disciple Iska freed a year before the start of the series. Sisbell is reunited with Iska while she travels to Alsamira.
