Skittle-Chan is the alter ego of skittle, although it is heavily implied that Skittle-Chan becomes a (probably) completely different person, considering that skittle was kidnapped and has been cloned by Lester in When a Hacker Fixes Your Computer... in the newspaper for a milisecond and Discord Ban Speed run (97.1% effective). One of the most likely theories says that skittle-chan is brainwashed skittle, but also probably is that skittle-chan is a clone of skittle used to destroy Pablo and beluga as a plan B if hecker fails.
