Somin Jeong

Somin Jeong is a supporting character in The Warrior Returns. She is Jeongsu Park former "guide" who led him through the post-apocalyptic South Korea to help him in his fight against the 9-Warriors until they got seperated during the Reconstructed Government Raid. At the beginning of the story, after losing her parents a few months later by the hands of the Sea Dragon Warrior and being forced to go through strict manual labor by the Golem Hero, she became a person who is extremely nihilistic, viewing that her life is now meaningless because she had nothing left to live for, even encouraging her friend to just give up and all die. This nihilism and view of the world she's now living in made her have the guts to tell directly at the Golem Hero that nobody in his territory likes to be his slaves, she didn't even fazed when the Golem Hero had killed most of the peoples who did not followed his orders. Although, it was revealed that she actually does felt sorry and even regrets for discouraging her friend to give up on everything. Not long after, she soon regains the hope of fighting and live on when she met a soldier who claimed that he along with his comrades arrived in the island for the purpose is to fight against the fallen her.
