Spica Tsumugi

Spica is a first year high school student She can see into people people's heart. When she touch someone, she can see their true thoughts, whispers from their heart, sometimes something like images. She doesn't judge criminals based on her idea of justice, it's more like a misbuttoning that needs to be fixed because she feels bothered by it. She have a three-strike rule for the target she decides to kill instead of report them to the police.
