Spotted Hyena

The Spotted Hyena is a type of Friend that appeared in the original Kemono Friends mobile game. Appearance Spotted Hyena has three toned hair: light tan on the top of her head, fading to a darker tan by her shoulders and to brown on the back of her head. She has large ears that are black colored on the inside. Her legs, arms, and tail are are tan spotted with black, fading to black at the hands and feet. She wears a white, short-sleeve office shirt and very short, cut-off jeans. She has a fluffy collar that is tied into a bow tie. In Real Life The spotted hyena, also known as the laughing hyena, is the sole member of the genus Crocuta. Spotted hyenas once ranged along most of the Eurasian continent, however since the end of the Pleistocene era they became extinct in all but Sub-Saharan Africa. It is the most common large carnivore in Africa. Spotted hyenas form a social hierarchy called a "clan", ranging from 3-80 members. In this hierarchy, females are dominant with even the lowest ranked females ranked higher than the highest ranked males. The clans will typically defend a territory of some 40-1000 square kilometers. (Again Femnists love that) They typically hunt as a group, and are primarily considered predators unlike other types of hyena. However, they do still sometimes act as scavengers. They are able to break large bones from their prey and consume them in addition to meat, and the bones are completely digested. Personality She acts like an adult and very prudent when going to fight. She's really polite and her special ability is taking care kids. She likes spending her time slowly when she's free.
