Steela

Steela, also called The "Witch of the Deep", is a Cecaelian Sea Witch, with the lower half of an octopus. She joins them and provides them with transportation in the form of her house, a huge hermit crab, whose shell functions as her house. Being a Cecaelian Steela has tentacles of an octopus instead of legs and her hair also mimic tentacles. She has a curvacious body, a mole under her left eye, and truth to her title she wears a witch-like hat and a scantly dress that expose part of her large breasts.
